At Grove, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality and pure honey products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging.
The item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened honey jars or bottles
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Orders returned without prior approval
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used during purchase.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and product photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a damaged product.
